Luxembourg-based technology services company Solutions 30 SE acquired a 10% stake in French solar firm So-Tec, specializing in various solar systems. The acquisition reinforces Solutions 30's position in the photovoltaic sector, with an option to increase its shareholding over time. So-Tec has 450 MW of power generating capacity and annual sales of over EUR 20 million. Solutions 30 operates in telecom, IT, security, retail, and energy services.
