Songci Mechatronics launches low oxygen furnace for n-type wafers

Songci Mechatronics, a unit of China-based PV equipment manufacturer Wuxi Autowell, has introduced a low-oxygen furnace solution for the production of n-type monocrystalline wafers. The new solution aims to meet the quality demands of n-type cells using tunnel oxide passivated contact technology.
