SSE Pacifico team to develop deep-sea Japanese floater

SSE Pacifico and partners secure public funding for a 30MW Japanese floating offshore wind demonstration project off the coast of Akita Prefecture. The consortium plans to develop two 15MW offshore wind turbines on semi-submersible floating foundations. The project aims to pave the way for future growth in deep-sea offshore wind development.
