Norwegian renewables company Statkraft AS is acquiring assets of Enerfin, focusing on wind farms in Spain and Brazil. It plans to sell off Enerfin's assets in non-core countries like Canada and Australia. The sale, advised by Rothschild, may reach EUR 500 million. Statkraft's acquisition of Enerfin is expected to close by the first half of 2024.
