Sulzer has been selected to supply hot and cold molten salts pumps for a 100 MW CSP tower project in China. The project includes technology for continuous power generation and is the first to use Sulzer pumps for both hot and cold circuits. The company designed specialized pumps to meet the project's high-pressure and power requirements. Sulzer has a history of involvement in the solar industry and has previously worked on projects in China.
