Sungrow signed an agreement to supply battery energy storage system technology to a 100MW/400MWh project in Sabah, Malaysia, with MSR-Green Energy. The project aims to integrate renewable energy sources and increase the generation capacity stability of the Sabah grid. Malaysia is committed to carbon neutrality by 2050 and aims to source 70% of total generation capacity from renewables by 2050.
