Sungrow unveils power optimizer for rooftop PV systems

Chinese inverter manufacturer Sungrow has launched the new power optimizer SP600S for rooftop PV systems. The device features innovative shade-proof smart control technology to optimize mismatched modules, automatically detecting sun exposure status in real-time. With a rated input power of 600W and up to 99.4% efficiency, it can increase power yield by 4% to 30%. The compact device supports mixed installation of strings and varied module lengths, enhancing system design flexibility.
