Switzerland records 600 MW of subsidized PV projects in Q1

Switzerland recorded a surge in PV installations with 603 MW registered for subsidies in the first quarter of 2024, marking an 81% increase from the previous year. March saw 6,112 installations, influenced by a rise in larger systems over 100 kW. However, smaller systems under 100 kW stagnated. Notably, installations on building facades also saw an increase, with 484 registrations in the first quarter.
