Tate & Lyle signs US wind PPA

Tate & Lyle has signed an agreement with Alabama Power for the provision of renewable electricity from the latter's wind farms in Kansas and Oklahoma. Alabama Power will provide RECs and electricity to power Tate & Lyle's sucralose production facility in McIntosh, Alabama, reducing greenhouse gas emissions to zero. Tate & Lyle aims to have 100% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030.
