Tesla launches Powerwall 3 in UK & Germany

Tesla introduced the Powerwall 3, a home battery with twice the power of the previous model. It has a 13.5 kWh capacity and can charge/discharge at 4.6 kW. The product can be managed via Tesla App and scaled up to four batteries. An advantage is the 'emergency power protection' feature, automatically switching to battery power during mains failure. Integrated photovoltaic inverter eliminates the need for third-party inverters, ensuring energy efficiency. The thermal management system is based on Tesla Model 3 technology, offering operation between -20 to 50 degrees Celsius in indoor/outdoor settings, withstanding extreme weather conditions.
