Texas utility CPS teams with Eolian on 1.4 GWh of battery storage

CPS Energy signed a storage capacity agreement with Eolian LP for 350 MW of battery energy storage projects named Ferdinand and Padua 2 in southern Bexar County. The projects will go online in the first half of 2026 contributing to grid resiliency. Innoventum launched timber-framed solar carports equipped with bifacial modules.
