The Blue Circle buys Goldwind turbines for 100.8-MW Philippine project

The Blue Circle, a Singapore-based renewables developer, signed an agreement with China's Goldwind Science & Technology Co Ltd to buy Goldwind turbines for a 100.8-MW wind project in the Philippines. Goldwind will supply, commission, and service the turbines for The Blue Circle's Kalayaan 2 project in Laguna Province. Kalayaan 2, set to be one of the largest wind farms in the Philippines, is expected to reach commercial operation in mid-2026. The Blue Circle's shareholder, Acciona Energia, confirms the construction progress of Kalayaan 2.
