The Blue Circle buys Goldwind turbines for 100.8-MW Philippine project

Singapore-based renewables developer The Blue Circle has signed an agreement with China’s Goldwind Science & Technology Co Ltd for a 100.8-MW wind project in the Philippines. The project, named Kalayaan 2, will feature 17 units of GW 165-6.0 MW wind turbines. Construction is already underway with an expected commercial operation date in mid-2026.
