Florin Spătaru, State Counsellor at the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, is leading the initiative. The plan will address competitiveness policies, efficiency of greenhouse gas emissions, adoption of green technologies, assessment of current legislation, opportunities for Romanian industry, and resilience in terms of finance and climate shocks.
