The primary offer of JT Grup Oil, subscribed in a one third ratio

The market operation by JT Grup Oil collected subscriptions worth 23 million lei for an allocation at the price of 5.46 lei/share. They did not reach oversubscription levels. Almost 2,100 orders were accumulated in the Bucharest Stock Exchange for 3.55 million securities, equivalent to 35.50% of the shares put up for sale.
