The world can manufacture enough solar to reach decarbonization goals

Over 100 countries have pledged to be carbon neutral by 2050. A study by NREL found the need for 63.4 TW of PV to decarbonize global electrical systems. The study discusses disruptive technologies, such as CdTe-based PV, perovskites, and tandems, in achieving this goal.
