TPI Composites to sell automotive ops to focus on wind

TPI Composites Inc agrees to sell its automotive business to Clear Creek Investments LLC. The divestiture is expected to improve monthly cash flow by about USD 1.7 million. Upon completion, CCI intends to rename the acquired business to Senvias. TPI Composites provides composite wind blades and accounted for about 33% of all onshore wind blades globally in 2023.
