Transelectrica has eight 200 million euro digitalization plans in the pipeline

Transelectrica has eight digitalization projects with a combined value of 200 million euro and is working on the creation of a laboratory for testing digital technologies. The company is collaborating with Politehnica Bucharest to build the laboratory. Mihai Marcolț, the Head of Research & Innovation Office at Transelectrica, emphasized the importance of digitisation in the energy sector during the DigitALL 2024 conference organized by Energynomics.
