Transelectrica launches a pilot application for forecasting electricity produced by prosumers. The application calculates estimated productions at prosumers both one day and two days before the reference day, at the national level and each individual county. Data provided by the application help operators ensure optimal operation of the National Electric Power System. The power installed at prosumers in the National Electric Power System was 1780 MW. The number of prosumers increased to 121,304 in March 2024 from 55,244 in March 2023.
