Turlock Irrigation District launches request for proposals for renewable power in California

The Turlock Irrigation District (TID) in California has increased its share of clean power from 33.1% in 2020 to 35.8% in 2022. TID is seeking proposals for renewable power projects to meet the California Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) goals. TID acquires electricity from SunPower's solar farm and provides power to around 240,000 customers in California.
