Two Chinese firms to invest 2.7 bln euro in Serbia's energy sector

Serbia's government signed agreements with Chinese companies worth 2.7 billion euro for investments in the energy sector. China Energy International Group will construct a plant in Smederevo for processing oil derivatives. Another agreement with Hunan Rich Photovoltaic Science and Technology involves investments in a solar panel factory and a PV power plant in Paracin.
