US module manufacturers seek ‘critical’ retroactive tariffs

Solar panel manufacturers from the American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee (AASMTC) have filed a complaint with the US Department of Commerce regarding increased solar panel imports from Vietnam and Thailand. The AASMTC has requested retroactive tariffs citing 'critical circumstances'.
