US ROUND-UP: Entergy commissions Arkansas project, Ammper and Elawan sign Texas PPAs

Entergy commissioned the 100MW Walnut Bend Solar Energy Center in Arkansas, pushing its total investment in the state above US$300 million. Ammper Power signed a PPA for a Texas project and Ammper Energia, its parent company, is expanding in the North American market. Elawan signed a PPA with Google for a solar project in Texas, with LevelTen Energy's LEAP programme facilitating the deal.
