USR requests the elimination of prosumers’ obligation to install batteries for storage

USR submitted an amendment to eliminate the obligation of prosumers to install energy storage batteries. Deputy Cristina Prună highlighted the problems with the current approach and advocated for market investments. The draft law related to this amendment was approved by the Chamber of Deputies and is under re-examination in the Senate.
