ZCGN has completed the construction of the world's largest CAES facility in Yingcheng, China's Hubei province, with a capacity of 300 MW/1,800 MWh. The facility uses innovative technology and underground salt caves for energy storage, aiming to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and provide essential power regulation functions to the local grid.
