X-Elio turns sod on 14-MW solar plant in Japan

Spain-based renewables developer X-Elio announced the construction of a 14-MW solar plant in Japan's Yamaguchi prefecture. The plant in the city of Ube aims to generate 17,245.72 MWh of clean energy annually. X-Elio, a Brookfield-owned company, operates in various countries and has built 2.8 GW of renewable energy projects.
