X-Elio turns sod on Japanese solar

X-Elio held a groundbreaking ceremony for a 14MW solar project in Ube, Japan. The Funaki solar plant, located in the city of Ube in Yamaguchi prefecture, will be added to X-Elio’s portfolio of 379MW of solar power plants already built in Japan. X-Elio has 164MW of solar and BESS projects in different stages of development. The company aims to boost socio-economic well-being through its Community Plan. A donation of emergency materials has been made to the Community Promotion Council. The ceremony was attended by X-Elio’s Chief Business Development Officer, Elena Molina, and Country Manager, Luis Perezagua, who emphasized creating lasting positive impacts by delivering clean energy solutions.
