Ørsted and JP Morgan close US$680 million tax equity financing for US solar and storage

Ørsted, a Denmark-headquartered IPP, and JP Morgan closed a tax equity financing of US$680 million for solar and storage projects in the US. This includes the Eleven Mile Solar Center in Pinal County, Arizona, and the Sparta solar project in Mineral, Texas. Ørsted aims to have 2GW of solar capacity in operation in the US by the end of 2024.
