Ørsted commissions 518MW solar-plus-wind project in Texas

Danish renewable energy company Ørsted has commissioned its Helena Energy Center in Bee County, Texas. The facility consists of two projects, the 268MW Helena Wind Farm and the 250MW Sparta solar project. Senator Morgan Lamantia expressed support for the project and highlighted the benefits for the community. Ørsted's investment in the US includes solar and storage projects to enhance clean power generation.
