Italian utility A2A SpA has acquired a 70% stake in Parco Solare Friulano 2, a company with a permit to build and operate a 112.1-MWp solar PV park in Northern Italy. The solar farm will be located in Santa Maria the Longa and Pavia di Udine, boosting A2A's renewable energy capacity toward its 5.7 GW target by 2035.
