ABO Wind progresses Spanish solar site

ABO Wind is developing a 50MW solar farm named Valdezorita in Yebra, Central Spain, which will connect to the grid at a former nuclear plant site. This project, ABO Wind's first turnkey project in Spain, includes 87,000 modules and aims for completion by 2025. The farm will significantly impact the local economy and environment, using advanced tracker technology to optimize panel orientation for better energy yield. The project is supported by both local entities and funding from German KfW bank, alongside a PPA with an international offtaker.
