ACEN starts permitting for 100-MW solar project with storage in NSW

Ayala's ACEN Corp has proposed a 100-MW solar project with 80 MW of battery storage in New South Wales, Australia. The project is expected to generate electricity for around 45,000 homes. The integrated battery will enable energy storage and release during peak demand. The construction is planned to start in 2027 with the project going online by the end of 2028.
