Actis creates Peruvian IPP seeking 12GW of energy capacity

Renewable energy infrastructure investor Actis has launched a new company called Orygen in Peru with plans to develop 12GW of energy projects. The company was formed after Actis acquired Enel Generación Perú and has a diverse portfolio including solar, wind, hydroelectric, and thermal gas assets.
