AESOLAR announces production plans for second-generation shade-resistant PV modules

The demand for photovoltaic installations is on an exponential rise, especially in Europe. Rooftop PV, particularly in Germany and the Netherlands, holds a significant market share. AESOLAR introduced shade-resistant PV modules in 2018 to tackle challenges like partial shading. AESOLAR is set to launch mass production of the second-generation modules in 2024, designed for rooftop installations. Collaboration with Fraunhofer CSP under the 'SegmentPV' project aims to deliver reliable shade-resistant PV modules.
