Aiko Solar wins patent litigation case against Maxeon in Netherlands

The District Court of The Hague in the Netherlands rejected a lawsuit by Maxeon Solar against Aiko Solar for patent infringement related to BC solar cells. Aiko Solar claimed its products did not infringe Maxeon Solar's patent. Maxeon Solar also filed a lawsuit against Tongwei for infringing on its shingled hypercell technology patent.
