All turbines up at Tilt’s 396-MW Rye Park wind farm in NSW

The Rye Park Wind Farm in New South Wales is near completion with its final turbine installed. Developed by Tilt Renewables and outfitted with Vestas Wind Systems' turbines, the farm will soon begin commercial operations. The project is notable for its long-term electricity supply contracts with Newcrest Mining Ltd for the Cadia mine and a REC agreement with AGL Energy to support Microsoft Corp. It is expected to produce approximately 1,188 GWh of electricity annually.
