Ameren Missouri acquires 150MW PV plant in Illinois

Ameren Missouri plans to add 2.8GW of solar capacity by 2030. They acquired a 150MW solar PV project in Illinois, with plans to double the size of their Renewable Solutions Program. The Cass County Renewable Energy Center is under construction, previously owned by Savion. Mark Birk mentioned the program helps businesses reach sustainability goals. RWE subsidiary started construction on a 150MW PV project in Illinois under PPA contracts.
