ARENA opens USD-67m challenge for solar deployment innovation

The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) launched Solar ScaleUp Challenge, a global competition aimed at reducing costs across solar projects by using innovative designs and technologies like robotics and artificial intelligence. The challenge seeks to complement the Solar Sunshot Programme, which aims to grow Australia's domestic solar manufacturing and commercialising local solar innovation.
