Arteche invests in flywheel maker Teraloop to join energy storage space

Spanish electrical equipment manufacturer Arteche Lantegi Elkartea SA announced strategic investment in Finnish company Teraloop Oy for entering the energy storage market. Arteche Ventures acquired shares to have a permanent seat on Teraloop’s board of directors. Arteche will distribute Teraloop's flywheel-based storage products under the brand 'Arteche powered by Teraloop', enhancing their Grid Reliability business line.
