Asahi, BaptistCare sign PPAs with ‘one of the largest’ solar projects in New South Wales, Australia

Japanese-owned company Asahi Beverages and BaptistCare signed PPAs to secure energy from New England Solar project in New South Wales. Asahi Beverages will purchase 30,000MWh annually and aims for 100% renewable energy by 2025. BaptistCare aims to reduce its carbon footprint by 70% and achieve net zero by 2050.
