Atlas Renewable Energy secures a loan for its Shangri-La solar photovoltaic project in Colombia. IDB Invest and Bancolombia support the project with a financial package. The project aims to develop one of the largest solar farms in Colombia. Atlas also partners with Isagen to develop 1,000 MW of solar projects.
