Aurora expands into Oz with acquisition

Aurora Energy Services has acquired ARC Wind in Australia, a leading provider of construction and engineering services to the renewables sector. The acquisition aims to treble revenues and expand staff numbers. Plans include offering turbine repair and maintenance services to the Australian wind sector. ARC Wind's management team will remain, supported by Aurora's director. Aurora also acquired Houston-based Cotech Group and plans to establish a training centre in Canberra for Australia's wind sector.
