Australia's Clean Energy Council signaled a recovery in the nation's renewable energy sector in Q1 2024. The quarter saw 5 projects totaling 895MW reaching financial commitment, the strongest quarter since 2022. Kane Thornton, CEO of Clean Energy Council, highlighted positive market movement aided by Federal government commitments. Energy storage projects received over AU$1 billion investment, with notable projects in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, and Queensland.
