Austria’s Energie acquires 29.4% stake in Slovenia's AAE Gamit

Austrian energy company Energie AG has acquired a 29.4% stake in Slovenian wind and solar project developer AAE Gamit to generate 1 TWh of electricity annually by 2035. The aim is to develop wind power and photovoltaic parks in Slovenia with a capacity of more than 180 MW. The projects will be spread across eight locations in southern Slovenia, expecting to generate over 360 GWh of electricity annually.
