BayWa r.e. powers up Spanish solar plant

A 54MW solar park in Spain combining agriculture and biodiversity is providing renewable power to Velux Group. The agri-solar park in Alhendin, near Granada, consists of more than 85,000 solar panels, with features supporting sustainable agriculture and biodiversity initiatives. Velux Group and BayWa r.e. have developed a PPA for solar PV projects in southern Spain, prioritizing renewable electricity and environmental sustainability.
