Baywa r.e.'s subsidiary just for planning software

Baywa r.e. intends to accelerate the internationalisation of its solar trade and the planning software Solar Planit by spinning it off as its own subsidiary. Steffen Lindemann, who previously worked at Valentin Software, is appointed as the new Managing Director of the Solar Planit subsidiary.
