Berlin memorial and documentation centre gets a solar roof

Berliner Stadtwerke has installed a photovoltaic system on the roof of the Topography of Terror Documentation Centre in Berlin. The system will cover almost 40% of the center's electricity needs with solar energy, contributing to climate neutrality. The system consists of 534 solar modules generating 180 megawatt hours of electricity annually.
