BrightNight and Cordelio Power finalise US$414 million funding for 300MW Box Canyon project

BOCA has signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with the Southwest Public Power Agency (SPAA) in Arizona. BrightNight and Cordelio Power secure a construction credit facility for their 300MW Box Canyon solar project in Arizona. Zions Bancorporation, National Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank of Japan are involved in the deal. The companies are constructing the project and will use the funds to complete construction and commissioning in the first half of 2025.
