BSR bags debt for 124 MW of renewables in UK, Australia

British Solar Renewables (BSR) closed its first portfolio financing deal for five solar and battery energy storage projects in the UK and Australia, totalling 124 MW. The debt facility was provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Lloyds Bank. The projects have contracted revenues from utility and corporate power purchase agreements and Contracts for Difference (CfDs). BSR, majority owned by ICG Infrastructure, will operate the projects.
