Bulgarian regulator clears Navibulgar's buy of PPP-Lovech

Bulgaria's competition authority has approved the takeover of Photovoltaic Power Plant-Lovech (PPP-Lovech) by Navigation Maritime Bulgare (Navibulgar). The transaction involves a minor overlap in the Bulgarian electricity market but is not expected to harm competition. Navibulgar, under the umbrella of Advance Properties, plans to expand its renewable energy capacity with this acquisition, particularly in solar energy through its subsidiary holdings in two PV plants in Peshtera and Razgrad.
